Are you using Postal?
Postal is MTA only. Which means it doesn’t provide mailbox. You can simply use SMTP information to send email from other software like mailwizz.
For receiving you can forward received emails to another address or use services like Gsuite for receiving.

You can use forwarding feature of Postal to forward replies to another email address. Postal doesn’t support webmail, therefore you wouldn’t have it.
