Postal web portal issue

I have installed all the postal services and its dependencies. Looks everything is fine and all docker containers are running along with postal. But still I am getting issue running portal web portal. What could be the issue? Do I need to something in postal.yml page?

Just follow the video and make sure to replace localhost IP with server IP in postal.yml

I have followed the video and as per the instruction. Now I can I used this stmp server details to send email like from php website. I have created smtp credentials as well. While trying from cmd line, I am getting something like.
