It is suggested that the domain name have an MX record configured in DNS

I hope the port forwarding is set up to direct traffic to the private IP address of the server. the domain mx record to the public IP.
I hope the hostname and domain of the server are set correctly in the zimbra admin console. Make sure the DNS settings on the server are set up;
Verify the DNS records and make sure the mx record is set up correctly for the domain if the error continues.
